The Veranda Resort

The Veranda Resort was placed in receivership in October of 2007. JAL Consultants Ltd. (JALC) was instrumental in creating a financial rescue of the project that resulted in the purchase of the existing facility and the funding of the completion of the project.

JALC Principals and staff undertook the primary roles required for the completion of the Architectural design, and Interior Design for the project. JALC managed and implemented the Engineering, FF&E, and Landscape Architecture services for the project through to completion.

The Veranda Resorts and Residences opened in 2010 as a fully inclusive 5 Star property offering many more amenities and services than were originally planned to be offered. The guests enjoy an environment and ambiance of the highest quality including the gourmet Marin Restaurant and the Sabai Spa.
