The Tuscany

This is a classic example of the well-proven and common typology of condominium property that consists of two five story rooms-block buildings and a reception and central services building at the entry to the condominium hotel with a central common pool placed in the middle of the property.

The pool and pool patio are protected and made private for residents and guests on the front by the reception building and on the sides by parking bays that line the length of the pool patio. The project is simple, straightforward, and logical, with the required amenity of pool and small central services building providing all - but no more than - what is needed for the property to function and be successful.

A restaurant was considered but discarded at the early stage of design as not necessary and too costly for not only the development budget but the long term operating budget of the facility.
