Royal West Indies Resort
This is a 120-key beach front condominium hotel containing one bedroom and studio units with a restaurant and two guest pools as the amenities. A reception building was added during the last of 4 phases of construction since inception in 1996.
The hotel is a highly successful, sold-out property that was designed to provide a specific untapped real estate product to the market. It is unique in several ways - most notably in that it was developed on a commercial property with only 163 feet of beachfront.
The property consists of a series of eight three-story rooms-block buildings each very carefully arranged to have upper floor views of the ocean. A central lushly landscaped walkway winds between the rooms blocks and connects two pools: one private pool and patio at the rear of the property and another more public pool at the front area of the property next to the Mango Reef Restaurant.
